Gateway Employment Limited are fully committed to supporting and providing benefits for the community in which we operate, as such we use our surplus profits to fund worthwhile causes, namely in the areas of training, sports, arts and education.

Since its inception Gateway Employment Limited has worked to develop an integrated approach to supporting and working with the community in which it operates. An approach that has to date enabled us to:

• Provide discounted training to partnership agencies in the borough in order to support the development of local people
• Recruit local semi-skilled, skilled and experienced local people and place them into work
• Provide funding to support Black History month
• Provide work experience for local people in full time education
• Provide funding to the Greenwich Starting Blocks Charity to support 4 local young aspiring athletes, one of which is a Paralympian contender.
• Offer progression routes for post graduates and for those individuals completing full time education
